  2. You and your Value Manager begin a two-week needs assessment process. You share your ideas and learn about the spectrum of real estate opportunities available as you create a go-to-market strategy. The one-time cost for this service is $3,000, an exclusive discount rate for LPL Financial advisors.
  3. With strategy in hand, your Value Manager facilitates the services required to meet your goals. A trio of services are available, customized for you: Transaction Management (finding your space), Project & Move Management (expanding or relocating your space), and Ongoing Administration (managing your space).

Services:
Leasing: Tour properties that meet your criteria. Additional services include:

Interim space: Colliers can assist in getting you settled temporarily in executive suites.


Services:
Project Management: Colliers will work with the architects to design your new space and then manage the contractors who perform the work. In addition, Colliers will perform a final walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Design Packages: Colliers has negotiated attractive corporate rates with national vendors for furniture, signage, security, equipment, telecom, Internet connectivity and computers -- everything your new business may need.

Move Management: Just show up to work on move-in day and your office will be ready for you to get down to business.
